I love that this easy cheesecake recipe takes just 15 minutes to prep. Seriously, who has more time than that when there are other things to do?

Not only is it fast, but it’s also flavorful and colorful, too!

How do you store no-bake cheesecake?

Store it in the refrigerator. All you need is a container big enough to store it in with a lid. The most important thing is to keep the air out of the container, so make sure the lid fits snugly. My cheesecake stays fresh for days. It’s literally that simple.

How To Make Red, White, and Blue Cheesecake

Start by placing the graham crackers in a food processor and blend until dusty. Then add the melted butter and blend until a sand-like mixture forms.

Now pour the cracker mixture into a springform pan and press it down towards the bottom and work it up the sides. You want to work it up the sides approximately ¾ of the way up the pan. Place the crust in the freezer.

Take a large mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and use a hand mixer to beat until smooth. Separate the mixture into three equal portions.

Next place the blue dye in one bowl and the red dye in another bowl. Leave the third bowl uncolored. Mix each one thoroughly so the color is completely mixed.

Then remove the crust from the freezer and pour the uncolored batter in first and spread evenly. Follow suit with both the blue and red in their own respective layers.

You will want to place it back in the freezer for 4 hours or until solid.

Enjoy!

Tips for Making This No-Bake Cheesecake

Even though this is a seriously simple cheesecake recipe to make, there are a few tips to keep in mind.

You can use the red and blue gel dyes that come in the multipacks at Walmart. They do the trick.

When mixing the colors into the mixture, you don’t have to fully mix them as they will do that themselves. I did this as not to overmix the filling as it can make it too thin if you’re not careful.

You can layer the colors any which way you like.

Can you freeze the cheesecake for later?

Absolutely! I’m a HUGE fan of frozen cheesecake. It’s just such a fun texture that kind of melts in your mouth. It’s a great way to save leftover cheesecake so that you can enjoy it over and over again.

Can I use a premade crust for this cheesecake recipe?

You can, but making your own is always better. There’s just something about making a cheesecake crust that adds another element of flavor.

Why is my cheesecake runny?

One of the most important things to remember with a no-bake cheesecake is that you need to give it the full time in the freezer.

If you don’t give it the full 4 hours to set up and become solid, it’s not going to! Just be patient during this time and read a book, go for a walk, or try out one of my easy dinner Instant Pot recipes
