Freezer meals make great use of time. However, I have a confession to make. Meal planning can be quite intimidating. There’s so much meal prep and planning it can make my head spin. The more I meal plan the bigger my grocery list becomes and the smaller my bank account gets.
I haven’t even got to the part where I spend several hours in the kitchen working away. Thankfully, I’ve come to be much better at planning, preparing and cooking ahead. Through trial and error, focus and dedication, it not as intimidating as it once was.
I love the freedom it gives me to be prepared, have all my meals ready ahead of time for the week (or even the month!) and not have to worry about what I’m going to have for supper that night.
If you’re new to this site or you’ve followed my blog for any length of time, I LOVE my Instant Pot. I love it so much that I have four of them!
So what better thing to do than figure out what meal prep ideas I could make with the help of my trusty Instant Pot? Not only does it help make prepping easier, it frees up time while I “set and forget” the recipe!
This week I want to share with you some of the posts from my own meal plan series. I have written an extensive freezer meal series here on the blog and here are some of my favorite posts:
