They have this seasoning just about everywhere if you want to buy it from the store. But, here’s the thing – I prefer to use my own homemade seasoning! It’s super easy to make and it makes a batch that lasts a long time (but it probably won’t need to last long!) Once you try this Everything Bagel but the Salt Seasoning Blend, your mind will be absolutely blown. This seasoning can replace so many other seasoning options in your cupboard or spice rack!

What is the difference between un-blanched and blanched Almond Flour?
Blanched flour, which you will be using in this recipe, is an all-natural and delicious wheat alternative to traditional flour. Blanched flour is made solely from almonds that the skin has been removed from and is most often used because of its fine and smooth texture similar to traditional flour.
On the other hand, un-bleached Almond Flour contains the skin of the almond, and while it is also completely all-natural, and has many benefits. It has also been known to contribute to digestive problems for individuals with a hefty amount of fiber from the skins. With that being said, I’d proceed with caution if you are going to try to use un-bleached Almond Flour.
Does Everything but the Bagel Keto Crackers taste good?
Oh my goodness, yes they have so much flavor! Between the cheese and the Everything but the Bagel seasoning, these are so yummy and scrumptious. It is quite impressive that these are low carb and still chocked full of flavor making them the perfect treat! I promise that you will not be able to keep them in the house for very long.
What if I don’t have a pizza cutter?
No worries, a knife will work just as good! As you cut these crackers into the perfect bite-sized pieces, keep in mind they will shrink very slightly. Don’t cut them too small, otherwise, it could make them a bit hard to dip with. Not to worry though, they will still taste just as amazing whether they are big or small!

What do you need to make Everything but the Bagel Keto Crackers?
Believe it or not, you don’t need that many ingredients!
- 1½ cups of Blanched Almond Flour
- 1 (8oz.) block of Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 tablespoons of Everything Bagel but the Salt Seasoning Blend
- ½ teaspoon of Coarse Salt
How do you make Everything but the Bagel Keto Crackers?
It’s so easy! Here’s how to whip them up in no time at all:
Preheat your oven. Grate the mozzarella and put in a large bowl. Melt the cheese.
Add the almond flour, egg, and seasoning.
Mix thoroughly until it turns into a dough.
Roll out the dough. Sprinkle seasoning on top, and cut into cracker-shaped squares.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden.
Let crackers cool, and enjoy!
How long will these Everything Bagel Keto Crackers last?
Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end and so must the longevity of these crackers. I know, sad day. However, the good news is if they’re stored in an airtight container or Ziplock bag, they will be good for up to 5 days. After that, they may lose some of their tastiness and health benefits. Don’t worry though, I doubt they will come even close to lasting that long!

Everything Bagel Keto Crackers
Ingredients
- 1½ cups of Blanched Almond Flour
- 1 (8oz.) block of Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 tablespoons of Everything Bagel but the Salt Seasoning Blend
- ½ teaspoon of Coarse Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F
- Grate the block of mozzarella cheese and place it in a large, microwave safe bowl.
- Melt the mozzarella cheese in the microwave in burst of 30 seconds till the cheese is melted.
- Add the almond flour, egg and a tablespoon of Everything Bagel but the Salt Seasoning Blend to the melted cheese. Mix completely using a spatula first and then your clean hands until everything comes together into a dough.
- Shape the dough into a disk and roll it out between two sheets of parchment, into a large circle of about 1/8 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of the Everything Bagel but the Salt Seasoning Blend on top the rolled out dough and gently press it into the dough.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into even squares.
- Carefully place the parchment paper with the rolled out cracker dough into a baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 F for 12 minutes, until the top is golden.
- Let the crackers cool completely before storing them in an air tight container.
- Serve with warm tomato-cream sauce or your favorite low-carb dip.
